LEADERSHIP WORKSHOP

Lots of work issues and failure to accomplish company objectives are caused by a lack of  leadership skills of top managers. The Leadership Workshop is a very creative and simple method to demonstrate the main principles of successful leadership. After the end of workshop, we will continue with an inspiring  ride on the Danube to activate all the senses of participants.The Workshop is designed for TOP Managers of your company and includes the following services:

• Qualified trainer (different languages option) and working material  for all participants
• Registration of participants
• Rent of space for the day of workshop including audio-video equipment
• 2x Coffee Break (morning and afternoon)

The topic of the workshop is fixed. In the case of interest for a deeper training program we are able to offer you a few days workshop program or regular workshops (ex: 1x per week during 2 months), to allow the participants a better understanding of leadership principles and test their skills outside of the work place under the supervision of a qualified coach as well as to instil habits and behaviour of good leaders. The Leadership Workshop can also be applied to the Learn and Experience in inspiring environment program.
